About Mashteh

Jajim mashte (or mowj) are mostly woven in the western regions of Iran and in the provinces of Kurdistan and Kermanshah. These types of jajims are thinner and lighter than Qashqai jajims and are used as blankets or as covers. The mashtas are usually woven in four pieces and then sewn together. In terms of price, mashtas have a lower price than Qashqai jajims.
