By the time the Persian carpet is finished, it is carefully made one by one by the craftsmanship of various processes, and the carpet is completed.
1. Design and Drawing
To make a Persian carpet, At first the design drawing has drawed.
There are two steps to drawing a design:
1) The work of drawing a pattern on graph paper with a pencil.
2) Coloring work.
Carpet designs are usually quadrupled by making a quarter.
2. Twisting thread
Raw wool cut from sheep has fat and dirt that weakens its dyeability, so it is washed repeatedly with soap and soda.
When splicing the thread, the thread manually using a spindle wheel with a long top shaft has twisted.
Synthetic dyes are widespread in modern times, but some studios still use natural dyes, and natural dyes that dye the core of fibers are hard to fade and have a deep taste, so there is nothing better than natural dyes. ..

There are two ways to tie a carpet: a Persian knot and a Turkish knot.
A method in which a pile is passed through one warp and made a round, and then hooked on another warp. Suitable for expressing fine and complicated patterns.
A method of passing each of the two warps evenly from the outside and pulling them out to the center.Persian Tabriz and others use this knot.
When the hand-woven carpet is removed from the loom, it shrinks as a whole and becomes hard like a board. Then, in order to remove dust and waste hair that has accumulated during weaving, a large amount of water and iron metal fittings are used to wash away dirt and finish the carpet softly. Wool rugs are washed with water, but silk rugs are washed with salted well water, and this work makes the silk rugs more stable in color and softer and more supple.
Naturally dry under strong sun and dry air. The washed carpet is placed on a stone-lined carpet and dried in the sun, and by drying on the stone warmed by such strong sunlight, the drying is completed in half the normal time. After the front and back of the carpet have been dried, it is hung on a clothesline and finally dried.
